Bride and groom at Orange Tree House

Orange Tree House Wedding Jessica & Keith’s

Jessica & Keith's Unique Orange Tree House Wedding

If you’re looking for inspiration for an Orange Tree House wedding or searching for an Orange Tree House wedding photographer, Jessica and Keith’s incredible day is one you won’t forget.

From two much loved dogs walking down the aisle to a beautiful barn owl delivering the wedding rings, their wedding was packed with personal touches, unforgettable entertainment and so much joy from beginning to end.

Bridal Preparations at Home

The day began at Jessica’s family home, where the excitement was building as she got ready surrounded by the people who mean the most to her

There was such a relaxed atmosphere throughout the morning, with plenty of laughter, happy tears and those little moments that make the start of a wedding day so special.

A Beautiful Ceremony at Orange Tree House

Orange Tree House is one of Northern Ireland’s most unique wedding venues, offering beautiful gardens and a stunning setting for couples looking for an intimate and memorable wedding day.

As guests gathered for the ceremony, two very important members of the family stole the show before it had even begun. Max and Logie proudly led the way down the aisle before the bridesmaids made their entrance, creating smiles all around.

Jessica then made her entrance looking incredible before meeting Keith at the top of the aisle to exchange their vows.

Just when everyone thought they had seen it all, another unforgettable guest made an appearance.

A Barn Owl Delivered the Wedding Rings

Instead of the traditional ring bearer, Jessica and Keith chose something completely different.

A beautiful barn owl flew gracefully down the aisle carrying the wedding rings before landing beside Keith, who carefully removed them ready for the ceremony. It was an incredible moment that completely surprised their guests and created memories nobody will ever forget. It also gave the Best Man a well deserved break from ring duty!

If you’re planning a unique wedding in Northern Ireland, this is certainly one of the most memorable ways I’ve ever seen a couple personalise their ceremony.

Family and Bridal Party Portraits at the Abbey Ruins

After the ceremony, we made our way to the nearby Abbey ruins with Jessica and Keith, their families and bridal party. The historic setting was the perfect backdrop for capturing a mixture of relaxed group photographs and fun moments with the people who had travelled to celebrate with them.

Joining us were two very special feathered guests. Alongside the ring bearing barn owl was a magnificent American Bald Eagle, making the family and bridal party photographs even more memorable. It certainly wasn’t every day that I got to photograph wedding portraits with birds of prey!

Relaxed Couple Portraits

Once we had finished the family and bridal party photographs, I was left with Jessica and Keith to enjoy some time together as newlyweds.

We wandered around the beautiful Abbey ruins, making the most of the incredible surroundings while capturing some relaxed, natural portraits of just the two of them. There was plenty of laughter along the way, especially when Keith swept Jessica off her feet, quite literally, carrying his new wife around the ruins to give her sore feet a well deserved rest.

These quiet moments together always become some of my favourites from the day. Away from the excitement of the celebrations, they gave Jessica and Keith a chance to soak it all in while I documented those genuine moments between them.

Birds of Prey Entertainment for Wedding Guests

The surprises didn’t end there.

Back at Orange Tree House, guests were treated to an incredible birds of prey display by the fantastic David and Jo from Hawk Walks NI. Watching these magnificent birds fly through the gardens was an experience unlike any other and gave guests something truly unforgettable to enjoy between the ceremony and evening celebrations.

If you’re searching for unique wedding entertainment ideas in Northern Ireland, birds of prey displays are certainly guaranteed to leave a lasting impression.

An Evening Full of Laughter and Celebration

The celebrations continued with heartfelt speeches, fantastic food, plenty of laughter and a dance floor that stayed busy well into the evening.

Every part of Jessica and Keith’s wedding reflected who they are as a couple. It was personal, relaxed, full of fun and completely unforgettable.

Congratulations once again to the new Mr and Mrs. Thank you both for trusting me to photograph your incredible wedding day. It was an absolute privilege to be part of such a unique celebration.
